Origins 2018 is over and done. More people than ever! My schedule was packed with meetings, but I got to check out a lot of cool games. Now that I’ve returned to the normal world, let’s take a look back at the convention.
I’ll be at Great Lakes Game Emporium today from 1-4 showing off some Steve Jackson games, including Munchkin, Zombie Dice, and a personal favorite, Ninja Burger. If you have some time, come by the store, learn a game or two, and maybe even take home a free copy since the great guys at the store are going to give away at least one Munchkin base set!
It seems February is going to be a month of gaming and demos, both at Gamers Haven and the new Great Lakes Game Emporium. If you’re in either area, please consider coming to one of the demo events. On May 5th and 6th, there’s a mini convention happening in Solon, Ohio. It’s going to be a small get together, 30-40 people, but it’s should be all kinds of fun and a great way to get the gaming convention season kicked off right.
