Origins 2018 is over and done. More people than ever! My schedule was packed with meetings, but I got to check out a lot of cool games. Now that I’ve returned to the normal world, let’s take a look back at the convention.
I got a lot of games at Gen Con 2016. No, really a LOT of games. But I also got to play some games, and while talking about purchases is fun, I’d like to discuss the games I got to play and what I thought about them. Some of the games are out now, some won’t be out until later this year, but I had a great time at the convention.
Leder Games was kind enough to send me a prototype of Vast: The Crystal Caverns. I enjoy dungeon crawling themes and games that be played solitaire, so how do these combine in this game? Does it result in treasure or is it a fruitless quest?
