Someone set us up the bomb – A preview of Chain Reaction
Minion games has done a lot of fun games lately and they have a new game about making bombs called Chain Reaction available for backing. Is this game really the bomb or just a dud?

It’s been a while since I posted, and there are a few reasons for that. I’m not gone, still playing games when I can, but let’s talk about what I have been playing. Not full reviews, but a shotgun approach to talking about games.
I got to go up to Michigan for U-Con with some friends, and we had a great time. I got to sit and play some new games or revisit some games that I haven’t played for a while. I’m going to give my first impressions of the games below, having only played them once. These are not full-fledged reviews, but give you a look at how I feel about the first plays of these games. If you see something you’d like me to do a full review on, leave a comment below.
One of the games I got to try at Origins was Tahiti, which is currently on Kickstarter. While I am backing it already, due to how the game looked and knowing the designer, I thought it would be a great opportunity to learn the game from the designer himself. Dave sat down with four of us and taught us the game, and I was blown away.
