I have a love / hate relationship with dice. I enjoy games that have dice, but don’t tend to do well in those kinds of games. Wizkids has come out with the first game in their Dice Masters line, featuring Marvel characters. How does this game stack up?

Pairs is a Cheapass Game currently up on Kickstarter. Note that the company behind it is actually Cheapass, but the games they create are some of the best simple and quick games I’ve ever seen. While I play many games that haven’t made appearances at major stores, hobby level games are becoming more prevalent at stores like Target. One of my favorite games that’s getting more exposure is Ticket to Ride.
